For the successful 3D simulation of clothing, various clothing and textile basics and requirements must be taken into account. The most important three pillars are the pattern, the avatars and the material. The material is divided into textile-physical and optical properties. This workshop describes the principles mentioned in detail and shows how the data are to be generated, implemented in the systems and used in order to realise a reliable 3D simulation.
Employees from all areas who work with or are confronted with 3D simulation of clothing. The workshop is oriented towards the user, but it also offers interesting insights for newcomers who are confronted with questions about the implementation of a 3D system.
